The traditional "correct" algorithm is illustrated by the following test cases:
- abc def&LtPos;cursor>pqr xyz -> abc def&LtPos;cursor>xyz
- abc &LtPos;cursor>defpqr xyz -> abc &LtPos;cursor>xyz
- abc &LtPos;cursor> defpqr xyz -> abc &LtPos;cursor>defpqr xyz
So actually it should be called 'Delete until start of the next word'.
And yes, I works this way in Delphi, despite the misleading name.
Please fix both the name and behaviour :-)
The regression was apparently introduced while fixing issue 10738
