Description:
A created a new "File Filters" screen in the Environment options dialog.
This allows a end-user to setup at runtime any File Masks to be used with the IDE's File Open dialog.
* You can Add, Insert and Delete items.
* File Open dialog use this file mask. Other file open dialogs could
too at a later date. eg: File Browser plugin.
* File filters are stored in a separate .xml file so can easily be copied
to another copy of Lazarus.
* Dialog uses resource strings so is ready for translation too.
Later I'll improve it so mask items can be reordered - but it should be a good start for now. Hope you find it useful - I have been wanting this for ages.
See attached screenshot for how it looks on my system.
