Allow edit of "built in templates"

If you autocomplete a case-Statement using "ofall" the layout of the new code looks like this:
case MyVar of
foo1: ;
foo2: ;
foo3: ;
end;
But I'd like to have my layout like this:
case MyVar of
foo1: ;
foo2: ;
foo3: ;
end;
Note the indentation.
Also when creating property setters the IDE writes something like this:
if AValue = FOldValue then exit;
FOldValue := AValue;
Here I'd prefer
if AValue = FOldValue then
Exit;
FOldValue := AValue;
As every person has its own tastes regarding this, I suggest to make these "templates" editable.
Note: It's only a minor issue that I wanted to mention here, so it's not forgotten.
