Description:
In the keyboard.xml file under the additional topics "Writing a keyboard
driver", the PDF and IPF output (any linear output writer descendant) has no
examples, but when you view the online HTML output, it has two examples.
Looking in the keyboard.xml file, it indeed has two examples defined (see
below). So the linear output writer is somehow not processing example nodes
inside Additional Topics.

Note that with a simple extension of this unit could be used to make a
driver that is capable of recording and storing a set of keyboard strokes,
and replaying them at a later time, so a 'keyboard macro' capable driver.
This driver could sit on top of any other driver.
