Description:
IF you hover the mouse over a symbol in the editor, during a debug session, it will be evaluated, and displayed as hint.
Only, if the symbol in question is in an IFDEF block, that is not used (IFDEF = false), then the hint will evaluate the first symbol after the ifdef block.
See Example.
It should either:
- tread it as empty space, and show no hint (same as if mouse over white-space)
- Try if the word in the ifdef block can be valuated (exists outside the IFDEF), as it does for comments and words in pascal-strings
Additional information:
{IFDEF NonDefined}
SomeVar := SomethingElse
{$ENDIF}
Foo := 1;
Hover over SomeVar, and get the result for Foo.
It does say it did evaluate Foo, but you still wonder, why it it didn't show what's under the mouse (until you relaiz, that it ignores ifdef)
