AllFilesMask is '*' on Windows but should be '*.*'

says :
" On windows and dos based systems, this will be '.', while for unix systems, this will be '*'. "
That is the commonly used mask on Windows and file operations return all files using it, unlike on *nix systems.
Still, the actual value in RTL is '*' also on Windows.
