Description:
On OSX, when executed from an application bundle (.app) and not from the IDE, GetAppConfigDir(false) returns an invalid path, not usable.
BTW : From the IDE it returns a valid path, but conformant to Linux policy, not to OSX policy which should be something like
/Users/my_user/Library/Library/Preferences/my_application
This is not very important.
Steps to reproduce:
Make a project containing : ShowMessage(GetAppConfigDir(false));
-
Compile and execute with the IDE : the path returned is valid, although not usual in OSX environment.
-
Make an application bundle (project options,application), and execute it from a console. The path returned is not valid at all and can't be used. e.g : "-psn_0_311372".
