Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Project->Project Options...
- Click on "Set compiler options as default" checkbox.
- Change some project options.
- Click on "OK" button.
- Create new project.
- Go back to Project->Project Options... and check out Compiler options->Paths->Target file name
