Readln(Array[0..n]) different to Turbo implementation

Description:
When using Turbo 7 to readln a zero based array from a text file, Turbo will take a CR LF CR as the end of line marker.
When using FPK the second CR is read as the first character of the second readln. Hence the char in position 0 of the array is a CR not the start of the line of text.
A LF may create the same but I haven't tested it.
