Mysterious bytes

Description:
blockwrite writes more data than it's suppose to.
In the program, it's suppose to only write 1,000
bytes but instead writes 128,000 bytes. Upon
examining the output, after the initial 1,000 bytes
of data that is suppose to be written, the remaining
127,000 bytes is just junk.
Another problem is that diskfree returns the maximum
longint and not the actual free space (I'm using an
empty 20GB hard drive to test it on).
Also, I run into 101 errors and GPF errors alot if
I don't set the heap to 32 million.
In addition, int64 support isn't too great....yet.
I'm using Win98SE with 256MB of RAM using 0.99.14 (Jan 26, 2000).
