IDE Options -> User defined markup list handling deficiencies
Original Reporter info from Mantis: Maxim @ganmax

Reporter name: Maxim Ganetsky
Description:
- Open IDE Options -> User defined markup.
- Make sure there is no markup list present.
- Create a new one, name it e.g. 'Test', add some word for markup, enable and select foreground color.
- Press OK. Highlighting works.
- Reopen IDE options. You will see in the list of markup options 'tbSelectList' instead of 'Test' (seems to be disappeared). 'Delete list' button doesn't work.
