Description:
If you set AutoScroll to true and then back to false you still get the scrollbars.
In revision 15375 the default value of this property has been set to true, so this bug wasn't apparent (but still there) previous to that revision.
Steps to reproduce:
See the attached project, where AutoScroll is set to false, yet there are scrollbars, both at design time and at run time.
Additional information:
Only tested under windows at the moment.
