Description:
In a TFLoatSpinEdit if you type a value that is either greater than MaxValue or less than MinValue, and you leave the control, the value is reset to MaxValue or MinValue respectively, but the text in the control is not updated accordingly.
This is an imcopatibility with Delphi (D3 Pro).
Steps to reproduce:
Put a TFloatSpinEdit on a form.
Set MaxValue to 10.
Put a button on the form (so this can get focus)
Compile - Run
In the control type 9999
Press Tab to set focus to the other control
Observed behaviour: Value = 10, Text = '9999'
Expected behaviour: Value = 10, Text = '10'
Additional information:
Only tested on win32. Will test on linux some other time.
