Description:
Version #: 0.9.29 beta
Date: 2009-08-27
FPC Version: 2.3.1
SVN Revision: 21464
i386-linux-gtk 2 (beta)
Steps to reproduce:
- Have a block of text with something you want to do a find/replace on, followed by another block of text with that same something in it as well.
- Select the first block of text.
- Open up the find/replace dialog.
- Type in the "Text to find" and "Replace With" values.
- Make sure "Selected Text" is selected under "Scope".
- Click "Replace" or "Replace All"
You will notice that you lose your selection and that it skips past the block, prompting you to replace the text AFTER the block that you wanted to do the replace in.
Expected behavior: your text remains selected and it prompts to do the replace only in that selection.
