Description:
If you drop TPanel to Form, set its align to alLeft. Then place a TListbox inside the TPanel and set the listbox's align to alTop. Then put a TSplitter so that you can control in runtime the panel's width.
Now if you have enough items so that horizontal or vertical scrollbar appears, clicking scrollbar arrows will disable the mouse input for the rest of the application.
Bug occurs at least with TListBox, TTreeView, TMemo.
Sometimes but not always the Object inspector Project tree will behave the same way.
Additional information:
I'm using Lazarus revision 23844 GTK2 widgetset on Ubuntu 9.10. Haven't tested on Win32.
