DescriptionSee the attached program:

You can easily differentiate visually enabled/disabled of TButton but not TBitBtn

Under Gtk it works fine.

Using windows xp classic theme

This only happens when the BitBtn doesn't have Glyph. When you set any image to BitBtn then everything is ok.
