Description:
When I clear the FPC source dir in the configuration (either in the settings dialog or by modifying the config files directory) the IDE takes a very long time (around 5 minutes on my computer) to react again (the harddisk access LED is flashing/constantly on during that time).
This is especially annoying when I start the IDE for the first time with an empty configuration directory (either because I forgot to copy my old configuration to the new location or because I didn't want the default settings to be "modified" by my own).
This issue can be reproduced only once by the above mentioned methods, but the behavior can be forced when ordering the IDE to rescan the FPC source directory (the FPC source dir string needs to be empty for that).
