Description:
During code test, one of the common loop errors, resulted in a large report file.
Usually, one simply shrugs, and continues, but this large File seriously choked Lazarus, as it attempted to reload. It took a VERY long time (> 10 minutes) to close the PC down, reboot, and then I had to DELETE the file, to prevent the same issue occurring.... This on a 2.3GHz machine, with 1GB of RAM.
The fix is to make the Editor File Size check more robust.
It should check file size, not only on File.Open, but also on reload operations, and if the file is very large (13GB in my case), it should alert, and default to CLOSE that editor Tab.
That gives a graceful exit, to an otherwise very time consuming 'lock-out'.
