Summary0022750: If Target File Name contains '.' period(s) then file is missing the '.exe' extension
DescriptionIf I set the target file name to 'Windows_Owner' then I wind up with Windows_Owner.exe. However, if I set the file name to 'Windows.Owner' then the resulting file name is 'Windows.Owner' (no .exe suffix).
Steps To Reproduce1. Start Lazarus
2. Click "File" --> "New"
3. Double-Click "Application"
4. Click "Project" --> "Project Options..."
5. Modify target file name from "project1" to "project.1"
5b. Make sure "Apply conventions" is checked
6. Click [Ok]
7. Press Ctrl+F9
8. Press Windows + R
9. Type '%temp%' and press enter
10. notice the resulting 14MB+ 'Project.1' file
