Summary0022880: LCL.CHM: Application.Terminate shows empty page
DescriptionWhen pressing F1 on Application.Terminate, lhelp shows up but shows an error.
Likewise, when using the index in the windows chm viewer, Terminate or
TApplication.Terminate show "This program cannot display the webpage"

LCL.CHM in question is the one distributed with Lazarus 1.0

Now this error do not exists. I think it issue can close. I tested:
- Index Application
- Index Terminated
- F1 context search
- Full text search
