Description:
$(lazarusdir)\packager\globallinks\README.txt says
"Where &LtPos;pkgname> is a valid Pascal identifier and &LtPos;version> is for example
1.2.3.4 (one to four integers divided by point)."
Issue 22897 had a problem with pascalscript-0.lpl which was renamed to pascalscript-0.0.0.1.lpl
However, the readme above indicates the original name is permissible.
Either the readme or the code should be fixed.
