Description:
We can put nearly all commands of the IDE on EditorToolbar, but the buutons on EditorToolbar are not indicating the real availability of the associated command.
Buttons on EditorToolbar does not change their state until you select the parent of the appropriate menu item from the main menu.
An easy to understand example is "Source / Enclose in $IFDEF ..." To see the issue place "Source / Enclose in $IFDEF ..." button on EditorToolbar, then do the followings: -- take a look at the menu item and the button: both are disabled - select some code - you can see that the button remains disabled, however now we may enclose some code in $IFDEF -- click "Source" in the main menu and the button on EditorToolbar becomes enabled (the state of menu item is updated at this moment of course) - "unselect" the code - you can see that the button on EditorToolbar does not change (remains enabled), however there is nothing to enclose in $IFDEF -- click "Source" again and the button on EditorTolbar becomes disabled (the state of menu item is updated at this moment of course)
State of buttons on EditorToolbar must indicate the real availability of the commands... otherwise they have no meaning there.
