Description:
A similar feature like ctrl+tab and ctrl+shift+tab but ctrl+~ and ctrl+shift+~ moves through tabs in recent-visited order.
It uses a simple dialog box (it wouldn't work without it).
Steps to reproduce:
Install the patch and try to execute ctrl+~ and ctrl+shift+~ in editor window (when more tabs are open, obviously).
Additional information:
I was struggling a little bit to find good names/captions for the commands. You are welcome to rename them if you like.
I added ctrl+~ and ctrl+shift+~ to default windows keystrokes.
I tested both Windows and Linux.
+ On Linux/Gtk2 the dialog fails to set correct height. It is an LCL bug and I'll report it separately. It works flawlessly on Windows.
