Summary0034452: Debug inspector remains empty
DescriptionThe Debug inspector is often completely empty, despite correct edit-input (eg. "Form1", manually or from menu command "inspect"). The inspector is kind of disconnected. It's pageControl (should have tabs: Data, Method) is invisible.
This has nothing to do with debug settings, but is some GUI problem.

This happens if the debug inspector is visible, then Lazarus is closed,
then Lazarus restarted, and the debug inspector is still visible (restored).
But now it remains empty, despite new correct inputs.
One has to close the debug inspector and show it again.

In IDE docked mode (where the debug inspector is always a page),
it's even more work to restore a new working inspector page.
