Description:
In "Project options -> Compiler options -> Paths -> Target file name" I set "MyProgram.10".
The created executable is "MyProgram.exe" instead of "MyProgram.10.exe".
Steps to reproduce:
Create new console program, set target file name with a dot (e.g. project1.10), see that the created executable doesn't have the characters after the dot included (project1.exe).
