|Summary||0034811: Convert binary DFM to text LFM|

Please test with r60031.
I have lost my samples of binary DFM files and cannot test it now.
I checked some old Delphi 4 projects, the binary dfm files are directly converted to lfm files.
The menu caption is: "Convert Binary DFM to Text LFM...". I don't want to be nit-picking, but are there any other lfm files than text files? I think "Convert Binary DFM to LFM" should be sufficient.
I must say I never used this function before. There is a message "File ABC.DFM is converted to text format" which is misleading in my opinion. It should say "... was converted ..." because the conversion is already done. Also, the file dialog allows to select several dfm files, and they are all converted at once. That's great. But there is a success message for each single file which may become quite cumbersome if you selected many files. Maybe it is better to construct a message a la "%d files were converted to text format" in this case.
