Description:
When a TPopupMenu is displayed, pressing the F1 keyboard key does not call the OnHelp event of the parent form even though menu items have the HelpContext value set.
Steps to reproduce:
Run the attached example project and on the main form click the button to display the popup menu. Then press the F1 keyboard key - OnHelp does not get called. If the popup menu is not displayed and some control on the form is focused, pressing F1 will call OnHelp using the HelpContext for the focused control.
Additional information:
For a TMainMenu, OnHelp is called for submenu items that have HelpContext <> 0.
