Summary0035870: Windows OS: Autosized forms hide menu with bsDialog
DescriptionI really like the autosize functions and anchoring. In general this works great for designing on one DPI and executing on another. However, there seems to be an issue where placing a menubar on an autosized form that has BorderStyle = bsDialog or BorderStyle = bsSingle - the menu bar is not displayed. Things work better (but the form sizes jump around if one chooses different pages of a TPageControl) if one chooses bsSizeable.

I am not sure if this is a Windows-Widgetset issue or an LCL issue. It seems related/identical to
  https://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=35858
however, I do not have the same behavior on MacOS Cocoa.
