Description:
The description of TStringList.CaseSensitive (https://www.freepascal.org/docs-html/rtl/classes/tstringlist.casesensitive.html) reads:
"CaseSensitive indicates how string values are compared: When True this happens case sensitively, and when False, case must match."
Note in particular "when False, case must match." To me "case must match" means case sensitive, so both values appear to be described as having the same effect.
It's also just generally awkward. The same phrasing should be used for both:
"CaseSensitive indicates how string values are compared: When True the comparison is case sensitive, and when False the comparison is case insensitive."
