Description:
This issue refers to the useful package
https://github.com/skalogryz/macosext
The macosext component generates an access violation if the user sets the Appearance to anything other than Aqua when run on the the upcoming MacOS. I can understand that for these recent operating systems the user can set the theme for the whole system, but it is nice to have a backward compatible tool that allows one to run on older systems. It would be great if there was some logic in this package that would set the appearance if supported by the operating system, but not crash if the operating system does not support the feature.
