In the Reference Guide § Enumeration types:
The diagram and description mention that C-style explicit definition of indices using := is allowed, but also a plain = [i.e. no colon] is allowed too.
Steps to reproduce:

number = (zero = 0);
rebmun = (orez := 0);
Additional information:
FPC supports both styles. This should be documented.
