Description:
It seems the (clang) assembler command line is limited to 70 by hardcoding.
In aggas.pas -> line_length = 70;
This limit seems also to be used for clang. I stand corrected if wrong.
Due to the latest addition of the ios target, I need to add "-arch arm64" into the asmcmd-command for system "as_aarch64_clang_darwin_info" (agcpugas.pas). But this fails due to this length-limit.
Would it be possible to increase the allowed length (for clang).
If accepted, I would also appreciate the change of the asmcmd itself:
asmcmd : '-x assembler -c -target $TRIPLET -o $OBJ $EXTRAOPT -x assembler $ASM -arch arm64';
