It turned out that on Linux POSIX Symbols from the Kernel are undefined.
include/uapi/asm-generic/siginfo.h:
168:#define SI_USER 0 /* sent by kill, sigsend, raise */
include/uapi/asm-generic/siginfo.h:
264:#define CLD_EXITED 1 /* child has exited */
I get a Compiler Error:
Error: Identifier not found "SI_USER"
