Description:
I opened the example project "image_mushroom" but failed to compile it because it is not cross platform. I was using Linux.
To get the location of the project:
Lazarus main menu > Tools > Example projects > type "mushroom" on the searchbox
There I can see the location of the project and I copied/pasted the source code to a new location and tried to run it. I got a compile-time error.
Luckily, it can be fixed easily:
Lazarus main menu > Project > Project Option > Compiler Options > Path
The -FU was:
lib$(TargetCPU)-$(TargetOS)
To make it Linux-friendly, it should be:
lib/(TargetCPU)-
(TargetOS)
Please fix it.
Thank you.
