Description:
Appendix F.3.2 starts the first cross compilation example as follows:
cd compiler
make cycle OS_TARGET=go32v2
This does not work on Windows when cross compiling from 32 to 64 bits, see this discussion: https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,54386.msg403960.html#msg403960
As stated in the first rely, in this case the build cycle should start from the root folder of the sources, not in the compiler folder. It isn't clear to me which cross combinations will suffer from this "problem" but the documentations should at least mention when to start building from the root folder.
