Description:
The executable generated with FPC go32v2 by the nasm doesn't work. I
tested the simple
program worldcrash;
begin
writeln('Hello, world!');
end.
with the command line
fpc -al -Anasmcoff worlcrash.pas
I obtained an assembler source in attachement. Futhermore, for
comparison, I added the standard gas. The only remarkable difference I
found is that the label _PROGRAM
_L7 of the printed string in the main
begin-end is global under gas while not in nasm. Does it may be that the
problem or it is a normal different memory convention?
