Description:
selected item and focused item for tlistview is a problem (buggy) :
if i select item with mouse (or keyboard) or change property to set item to selected/unselected, it doesn't work correctly.
if i select item with mouse (or keyboard) or change property to set item to focused/unfocused, it doesn't work correctly.
changing selected item change too focused and vice versa (not alwas) : they are depedant and it's a bug, they SHOULD BE independant : selected state is selected, focused state is ONLY focused, not selected!
Steps to reproduce:
try to create a project to : paste a tlistview and change :
RowSelect = True
ViewStyle = vsReport
Multiselect = false
add items and columns
- add button to print in label the current state of listview (current selected(blue) item and current focused (rectangle line) item.
- add too a event of listview to reflect this in other label
- add two spinedit with buttons to change the actual selected item and focused item (or none focused/selected) or with other method to change current focused/selected by programming
you see there is a probleme : no corresponding of we wiat for state item !
try multi combinating (select by mouse, and after by keyboard, and after by programming, and after another item, you see the error !)
Additional information:
with this problem i can't to know with certitude (i'm not sure) correctly the state of selected/focused item or change state select or focus item by programming (visually), it's a problem!
tested on mandriva linux
i don't know where is exactly the bug and how to modify it!
