Description:
Regardless of help settings help on keyword like writeln(), debugln() does not work. It's quite unexpected for novices.
More to say, this issue is the case for code tools - no (Ctrl+Space) syntax extention working as well.
The idea is to analyze the compiler mode ($OBJFPC, $DELPHI etc.) and include to the help and code tools hooks keywords from corresponding Freepascal units.
Steps to reproduce:
- to set up help system and verify if it's working
- type in keyword "writeln" and press F1, or pres (Ctrl+Space)
Additional information:
debugln is not a keyword, but a normal procedure. Help works here.
Help on compiler built-in procedures like writeln is not yet implemented.
What do you mean, Ctrl+Space does not work?
Maybe, that 'WriteLn' is not shown in the list of identifiers?
I fixed that.
