Description:
When I set ToolButton.Enabled to false, it does not cause ToolButton to appear disabled. I have to hover with mouse cursor on the ToolButton or call ToolBar.Invalidate to force it to invalidate and to appear disabled.
(Note: The caption of a ToolButton is never "grayed", although it's disabled.
You must set Images, DisableImages of the ToolBar to be able to recognize it is disabled)
