Description:
If the example program provided is cross-compiled
for the Win32 platform with the GO32V2 compiler
V0.99.12b using the -TWin32 option, the symbol DPMI
is still defined.
Vice versa, if the program is cross-compiled for
the GO32V2 platform with the Win32 compiler V0.99.12b
using the -TGO32V2 option, the symbol DPMI is _NOT_
defined!
DPMI should only depend on the target, not on the
host platform!
