Description:
I Downloaded the Full 20Mb version of freepascal (dos+win32). I Tried to run the initial install file and it gave me the folowing error: This dummy call gets the mouse to become visible.
Runtime error 216 at 0x0041EBE3, 0x0041EBE3, 0x00423639.
Installd gave me the following error: Runtime error 216 at 0x00021589 and a whole lot more.
I then ran ppc386 (dos version), and it gave me the following: Panic: Internal compiler error, exiting. Fata: Internal error 9999. And I didn't compile anything. I just ran ppc386 with no command lines.
I ran the compiler with some commandline option:
iD = 2000/07/11
iV = 1.00
iSO = go32v2
iSP = i386
When i run the go32v2 fp, it runs, and immediatly exits.
The win32 compiler does exactly the same thing. If I run the win32 version of fp, it freezes my computer.
My computer specs:
AMD 836DX
8 mb ram
200 mb, and 1 gig hdd (LBA)
I'm certain this error is much the same as 1143 (known but not fixed bug)
Thanks
