Win32 IDE doesn\\\'t compile a DOS target program

Description:
When I run WIN32 IDE and choose "DOS target GO32V2", compiler tells me "Can find unit SYSTEM" (if a choose for example LINUX, there is LINUXSYS, or something else, but it is because there isn't RTL for Linux in my computer?), but in DOS IDE it works (and the compile process is faster). In both IDE I have set up directories as in time of installation (both versions in FreePascal\BIN directory at I:\ drive), I:\FreePascal\units\$TARGET... etc. An error message appears in every program, for example also in this easy:
