Description:
Downloaded the srpm and tried to build it. First off you need to delete the %define lines from the top. This sort of site local customization should be in your .rpmmacros file instead. Second you have a buildrequires for fpc, which is kinda circular, dontcha think? :)
Once those obvious problems are corrected building fails with:
+ make compiler_cycle
make: -iVSPTPSOTO: Command not found
A]make: -iSP: Command not found
.... and more of the same for a few screens.
You are going to have to get the package buildable outside your own system if you hope to get it adopted into any distributions. I am still learning the inner mysteries of packages myself, but I'll at least help out by testing building on a clean install.
The machine I tried building on is running White Box Enterprise Linux 3.0 (rebuild of Red hat Enterprise)
gcc-3.2.3-49
rpm-build-4.2.3-13.WB2
make-3.79.1-17
