Description:
When compiling a program with the {$R *.res}
directive, windres is called, and the first parameter is --include and the second parameter is -O, but it should be a reference to a folder.
If this is a real parameter, where does it get the folder from?
If you rename windres.exe to xwindres.exe, and rename program hello, attached, to windres.exe, resources are compiled in without error.
